James Webber, Lee Haywood and Phil  Downs of Shaldon have won the International Open Tiger Bowls Tournament in China.

Phil Downs was a member of the four who also won the International Hong Kong Classic.

BOWLS ENGLAND 

David Tucker, County Treasurer, has been elected to serve for two years on the Bowls England Board as a Director.
Carol Horgan, Topsham has been elected on to the Bowls England Competition Committee.
John Smerdon, Madeira, has been elected for a period of four years as an England International Selector as well as being elected to the B.E. Performance Committee.
